Damn Me With Your Curses

If there should be a signpost pointing to my grave
Then there should be a landmark in this very place
If the road I travel should be so very straight
Then my feet they will get wet as from the path I stray

If there is a reckoning on my final day
Then there must be a crediting somewhere on this way
If the end can justify a life lived out in rage
Then my heart it will burn bright till my end of days

If there were some great hereafter for departed souls
Then there'll be some hearty laughter, when on my way I go
If a judgement is forthcoming from a lord above
Then my soul will still be singing, enough is enough

Enough is enough is enough is enough
Damn me with your curses my, words will still be heard
